  • Jurat: This is the process of taking the legal confirmation by the signer (can be called as affirmations, oath or swear) that the content mentioned in the document is truly genuine.
  • Acknowledgment: The process of confirming that the signer is the sole owner of particular documents so that it may be used in the future if some bad circumstances occur.
