How it works

Five steps, all from home

The only things you provide are a valid ID and a passing identity check. Everything after the signature is ours.

Step 1

Book your appointment

Schedule a remote session at a time that suits you. You stay exactly where you are.

Step 2

Verify your identity

Present your government-issued ID and pass a short identity quiz. This confirms who you are before anything is signed.

Step 3

Sign on camera

Meet your Maryland-commissioned notary in a live video session and sign electronically while they witness and notarize.

Step 4

We process the apostille

Our team takes it from here and obtains the physical apostille — from the Maryland Secretary of State for remotely notarized documents, or the U.S. Department of State for federal ones. This is the step most people get stuck on — it is the one we do in person, Monday through Thursday.

Step 5

We mail it to you

The finished physical apostille arrives at any address you choose, in the United States or abroad.

What you'll need

Two things, and that is it

1

A valid government photo ID

A US driver's license, state ID or US passport. We can also accept international passports from many countries — contact us to confirm yours qualifies before you book.

2

The ability to pass identity verification

For US ID holders that is a short quiz drawn from your US identity and address history. If you have held a US ID and have a US address record, you are set.

Signing with an international passport? Verification works differently for non-US IDs and depends on your country. Reach out and we will confirm your options before you book — no point paying for a session that cannot complete.

Security

A secure, court-ready session

Your notarization runs on a government-compliant remote notarization platform. Here is what that actually means for you.

Recorded video session

The entire signing is recorded and securely stored, creating a verifiable record of the notarial act.

Tamper-evident signatures

Documents are sealed with PKI digital signature technology — any change made after signing is immediately detectable.

Encrypted end to end

Your ID, your document and your session are protected with bank-level encryption at every step.

Full audit trail

Identity check, signing and notarial act are each time-stamped and logged, so the notarization stands up to scrutiny anywhere.

The difference

Online convenience, physical results

Plenty of services will notarize you online and leave you holding a file you still cannot use abroad. The hard part is turning that remote notarization into a real, physical apostille a foreign government will accept — and getting it into your hands wherever you are. That handoff is the whole point of this page. We have done document authentication nationwide since 2016, and this pipeline is what we do best.

Our guarantee

We deliver, or you do not pay

Full refund guarantee

If your order is not delivered, you get a full refund. No partial credit, no processing fee retained. It applies here exactly as it does everywhere else we work.

And we tell you upfront when we can't

Some documents cannot be apostilled, and some signers cannot pass identity verification. If that is your situation we say so before you pay, not after. Send the document through our free pre-check and a real person reviews it within 24 hours — no account, no card.

Frequently asked

Questions before you book

Can I notarize online and still get a physical apostille?

Yes. You notarize online in a live session, and we process a physical apostille afterward and mail the original to you anywhere in the US or worldwide. No office visit needed.

What do I need to notarize online?

A valid government-issued photo ID and the ability to pass identity verification. US ID holders complete a short quiz based on their US identity history. International passports from many countries are also accepted — contact us to confirm yours qualifies.

Which state notarizes my document?

Maryland. Our remote online notarizations are performed by Maryland-commissioned notaries, so a remotely notarized document is apostilled by the Maryland Secretary of State. You do not need to be in Maryland — or in the United States — to sign.

Where can you mail the apostilled document?

Anywhere — any address in the United States or internationally.

How long does it take?

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days once your notarized document is ready for apostille processing. Maryland state apostilles are typically faster, with same-day service available for Maryland documents. Federal documents are hand-delivered to the U.S. Department of State Monday through Thursday.

What if my document can't be apostilled?

We tell you before you pay. Run it through our free pre-check and a real person reviews it within 24 hours — no account, no credit card. And if we take your order and do not deliver, you get a full refund.

Do I have to leave my home?

No. The notarization happens online by video and the finished apostille is mailed to you. You only need a valid ID — US-issued or an accepted international passport — and to pass identity verification.
